Its customers are parents who are interested in educating their children in foreign languages, multilingual families who are trying to preserve and share their native language and culture, and schools offering foreign languages courses. Ouselves, Heidi and Cory decided to acquire this business when we saw the need for materials in different languages to be able to teach not only ourselves other languages but also to empower us to teach our children. In the past Cory has lived in Mexico and Germany while Heidi was raised in Taiwan. We found that the foreign language selection in traditional bookstores was very limited and thus our desire to continuously improve the products and services of Bookswithoutborders.com. We believe that teaching your children different languages is a very important gift for their education and imagination, which will also benefit them tremendously throughout their lives. Bilingual children may learn more about their family heritage and be able to communicate with their relatives in a foreign language.
